This is a good charger for most people's needs. It's well built and super easy to use and has a good amount of power. I must say I'm a little disappointed that you cannot parallel charge unless you have a DC power supply. And for my needs, I wish it had a little more current capability on the individual channels. You can only charge at 20 amps per channel regardless of using a big beefy power supply or not. And parallel charging using a big power supply. You will only get up to 35 amps charging a 2s battery pack. I race competitive stock racing at a very high level so this charger would really suit me much better if it would do at least 30 amps per channel. But alas, that is not the case so I will probably end up selling mine and moving to a different charger. And by parallel charging what I'm talking about is using both channels combined into one for a higher charge rate. I just feel for the money that this charger should have a little bit more power output. Other than that it's pretty nice.

- 400w AC ( 600w x 2 DC) you don't need to divy up the wattage between ch1 and ch2 ch1 200w/ch2 200w). It's automatic. Love that.- ✅ISD Link App Works (pale teal color App, ❌Not ISDT GO) I'm on the latest charger firmware (2-28-2022)- Excellent balance speed and accuracy. Charger algorithm is very efficient at finalizing the charge, and balancing the cells FAST. Does not waste time or false peak. Cell voltage doesn't taper off much after charge meaning full charge. You sticklers know what I mean.- Balance amperage is 1.5a max (super high) for fast balancing.- Great build quality. Though I Wish it was aluminum or magnesium like the ISDT P30.Loving this charger. Wish the ISDT Go app worked with it. The ISD Link App can only monitor and stop charge progress. Maybe in later firmware.Also the FD200 discharger is awesome.

Needed an AC charger for use at home, this fits that requirement and then some! It’s quiet, fast and works great.

Need to download isdt link app not the isdt go as shown in manual. I received a previously used unit so monies a star.

If your purchasing this product because you like the Bluetooth enabled feature, then this isn’t for you. This is pretty overpriced and has basically the same functions as having 2 ISDT q8. I wanted it so I could be able to monitor the ISDT, but after updating the firmware my phone would not be able to connect to it via Bluetooth. After looking around forums and their website it turned up nothing. I used 3 apps and it still didn’t work. Very disappointed and very basic. I tried reaching out to the company and then the seller, not a single reply back from them. This is my last ISDT product. If you can’t find any customer service then that already goes to show now the product will be. Beware.

This is BY FAR the best charger I've ever owned. I bought it to primarily charge 8s for my for freestyle quads and can't believe how fast and efficient this charger is. It even has a destroy mode for bad batteries. I plan on buying two more for my charging center. By all means spend the extra and buy this excellent piece of equipment.

Loving this charger so far. Able to charge 2 of our Gens Ace 4s 11000mAh batteries simultaneously at 1C, on the AC power source, no problem. Discharging/storage mode works well enough too. I don't really care about the lack of Bluetooth connectivity because I am using the ISDT BattAir Plugin dongles for each battery. So far, so good on those too.Instead of using the box it came with for protective storage, I found a case that works really well. I bought several cheaper chargers in the past and this thing blew them all away. It's a well built heavy duty charger. Charges way faster than anything else I've used and the cooling fans are not noisey unless under heavy load. Extremely happy with this purchase!
