ordered product 8/21. used it 5 or 6 times and neither battery will hold a charge. at that price it cost me about $5 per cut. 6 months for $127 ???. there are at least 10 different models that are exactly like the model i bought but with a different name on them. nowhere...NOWHERE..can i find info to contact mfg to help with a solution. as usual on chinese products there is no information on anything but basic use. lately you pay american prices for chinese products

Terrible product.
It will not stay on. I used it one time to trim rose bush and had to keep turning it off and holdinng in the button that makes it work in order for it to work at all. Also, the instruction booklet wasn't helpful at all. No trouble shooting help, just the bare minimum of how to operate. Nice case it came in though.
