The item itself is excellent but during transportation the packaging was severely damaged and subsequently the item had some minor damage. Having contacted the sell who was very swift in replying arrangements were made for a50% refund which was accepted. I managed to rectify the damage rather than returning the item. This damage was down to the transporters not the seller. The sellers support was excellent.

delivery was first class, but there was no steel spike for ground hold making it hard to erect, and also very stiffto erect the arms for drying the items.

I wasnt happy with the spike being put inside the pole for posting as it was stuck and i struggled to separate them. Part from that I'm really pleased with item

Bought what should be a simple device. Device very poorly manufactured, and DOES NOT DO WHAT IS Expected of a washing line to hang clothes on. Messaged "seller" to alert them of poorly manufactured product. Response was need to send back in original packaging.When you purchase a push up washing line, you do not expect to NOT push up. Parcel arrived, took INFERIOR product out of the box, got rid of the packaging as recycling collection due in 10 mins.Tries to put up rotary washing line to find that the poorly manufactured product, was not able to be complete to its purpose.Sent a msg through amazon, to which I will point out now, that will NEVER use again, who passed on the blame. The seller insisted that they would only consider return, if sent back in original packaging.DO NOT USE THIS SELLER, OR AMAZON.Never felt more let down, or ripped off in my life.

Very disappointed. Not same product as pictures. Profile of arms is round and not as thick as rectangular profile arms pictured. Wanted rectangular profile arms as thicker and sturdier and same as my previous washing line which lasted years. Don't think this will last. Much smaller than I thought and the cover is a joke as is bigger than the washing line! Edit -cover is very thin and has now torn so many times it is useless

You need to purchase cement to install securely in grass.

I had a bit of a struggle to start with as the lines were tangled but once sorted all it well. Easy to put up and down.

I didn't like that it came apart so easily in my hands I knew it wouldn't survive being blown in a wind
