Way to hard, not comfy at all made my neck hurt after couple of minutes. Was very disappointed.

Really happy with these products. The neck pillow made for a pleasant weekend car ride. If not for my children screaming at each other, it would have been perfect! The sleep masks make for the perfect combo. They doubled as punishment for said kids as "time out" masks.

Used travel pillow for flight and it was very comfortable. The sleep masks are good quality. I kept one and gifted the second to my girlfriend. A really great combination of quality and value.

This thing will not bend out of shape. Very supportive. The eye covers are okay, but the pillow is worth it.

Nice and firm, but soft exterior. Good support. Use it for watching TV that is mounted high on the wall. Too big to travel with on a plane.
