Highly Recommend
This book couldn’t have ended up in my hands at a better time. If you are someone struggling with, or who has struggled with, mental health issues, this book will make you feel like you are not alone. The author has managed to find words for what seemed like indescribable feelings in a way that makes you finally feel understood. If you aren’t someone who has struggled with mental health, the book is still a worth while read. It provides clear insight into what it’s like to be someone who struggles to create more understanding and mental health awareness. In a way, “One drop of water” saved me 💧 .

When you think this moment is your last
I’ve always had compassion for those living with mental illness, I have struggled with my own anxieties and imposter syndrome over the years. One Drop of Water is relatable, inspiring, and has just the right touch of humour and child like rose coloured glasses to catch the attention of any reader, whether they are currently struggling or not. The environmental, nature, and animal nuances warmed my heart and reminded me that as humans the intricacies of the animal-human bond is so special, and when brought back to centre, appreciating the species in our lives can help us rebalance and understand our place in the world. Jason is a sincere, honest, and humourous author that takes us on a journey of self discovery, cognitive behavioural therapy techniques, and storytelling that paints a true picture of what living through emotional trauma can feel like, and how there are so many opportunities to arrive on the otherside. A great read, and a life changing/altering experience for those who may believe they are close to their final days - if you want to find a reason to stay, read this book. If you don’t know how, this book might show you.

A+
Very well written book. Enjoyed not only the personal stories, but loved the educational tidbits and mental health statistics. Reading this book felt very relatable and comforting at the same time. Would definitely recommend this book to anyone who has struggled with mental health, especially other males who struggle opening up and being vulnerable with their own mental health. A great reminder that mental health struggles don't define us and that there is sunshine after the storm. Great job!
