We bought two of these safes for our children. It has been a year and a half and one has completely stopped working despite everything we have done to troubleshoot it. The other is still going just fine. The one that stopped working was definitely used more than the one still in operation. It's a great product as long as it is functioning. The kids like them and it's easy to use.

Bought this for my daughter when she was 9 and she immediately put it to use. Two and a half years later, she is still using it. It does make sounds when buttons are pressed and to signify code is accepted to open the door, so yes, if kid is constantly wanting to press buttons, the sound can get repetitive. It's still functioning and still being used multiple years later, so it was $16.99 well spent in my books. Recommended
