Clip & CarrySLYDEX - U.S. made Kydex Slim Minimalist Mens Wallet Card Holder (BLACK)

I am no stranger to the concept of front pocket wallets, owning several different brands and materials, from nylon to aluminum to polycarbonate to titanium. I tend to like the front/back plate style wallet with elastic or cord holding the plates together. I was looking for a small, smooth wallet made out of waterproof material that I could drop into a jersey pocket while riding my bicycle. All I need for that is to carry a few cards and bills. This wallet meets that need. As a test, I currently have seven cards and six bills (folded in quarters) and I could probably get a couple more cards in there. I typically have just three cards and a few bills while bicycling. The wallet is no bigger than the cards themselves and the TPU band holds the cards and cash tightly, but not so tightly that I cannot easily push out the cards or remove the folded bills. This may well move up the rotation from my bicycle wallet to my main wallet. I recommend this product.

I’ve tried a lot of different wallets. Some are to heavy or to bulky. I really do love this wallet it’s so light and durable I’ve had it for about a year just today my band broke on it but I’m glad it came with two bands this is probably one of the best made card wallets I’ve had.

The design is interesting, light, and well made with an issue at least for me. Getting the cards in (5 plus, License and Insurance card) was a breeze. The strap, there are two (black and red) is great and holds cash easily. What is the minor issue? Getting a card out from anything other than the top or bottom position. I tried pushing up and then fanning the cards out but it was awkward, and getting it back in to where it came from (fanning it out again) was not smooth. In addition while the material (Kydex) is no doubt durable and light the edges are square and sharp. A lot to like here but I will look at other options.

I only carry four cards in this wallet and for me it works very well.Holds the card very firmly.Only time will tell if the wallet holds up.

Thought I’d try a hard minimalist wallet, having carried a Flowfold for almost ten years. This is a quality piece, held everything in place, lightweight, and affordable. It was however, just too hard. The edges are sharp and the whole thing just felt like a small piece of tile in my pocket. I guess I’m just accustomed to something a bit softer and flexible. My son snapped it right up and is very happy with it.

This thing is seriously small. If you're looking for minimal presence in your pocket go for it. Holds a lot of cards and the outer band will hold a few folded bills if needed.Only con is it can be tricky to access cards stored in the middle of the stack.

I really like this wallet. Perfect for what I needed it for. Highly recommend
