The blue wire can fit either the blue or the blue/white coming from your deck. This works and fits very tightly.

Decent antenna adapter. Loose shrink tubing. But still good quality.
Loose shrink tube, over the male antenna that plugs into the head unit. Fits snug into my kenwood DDX376BT. The shrink tube/boot fits fine once you plug it in. It won't go anywhere once it's behind the hed unit and installed.

Not for Honda Element 2009/2010 with navigation
The one that you need for Honda Element 2009/2010 with navigation is "Metra 70-1730 Wire Harness Amplified Version for HONDA 2008 and Up" . Also the antenna that you need is "Anina Antenna Adapter Wire Harness Cable Compatible with 2009-2016 for Honda Accord Civic CR-V Insight Acura RDX TSX Factory Antenna Cable to Aftermarket Radio Receivers".
