Absolutely works wonders, the smell is amazing and don’t give me a sweaty after smell when I do sweat, it’s very easy to roll out and put on, and goes on entirely clear with no residue and helps with sweat production, and very comfortable to wear especially if you have on lose clothing cause to me it felt like it turned to water once your body temp heated up.Altho I will say mine might have been a production issue after one use the bottom fell off entirely that you use to roll up the product with no way of putting back on or getting a refund for without sending back in packaging, and with it being a gel it was a bit messy cause after I applied I had to wipe off the edges before placing the lid back on so FYI DO NOT leave in a hot car or hot / warm area, I’d strongly recommend applying before any kind of workout at home or in gym

Smells great and is not sticky. Absorbs into the skin nicely. Not sure if it takes off weight but does make you sweat!!!!
