A good friend of mine happened to mention that they'd started using an electric lumbar traction machine that they'd recently found online, at home. Curious to learn more about this device (tired of going to the chiropractor), since I'd never heard, or read about one (disclaimer - not uncommon, lots of things I don't know about), and I'd been experiencing pain in my lower back for months. I decided to do some research. After reading about several of the touted benefits, e.g., increased flexibility in lower back, less pain. I decided to purchase. Not one to write long reviews I'll end this review with 'Where has this device been all my life'. Really wish I'd purchased one years ago. My back pain has lessened and I've regained lost flexibility. The heat setting on high seems to melt the tension away. I'm pleased with this purchase.

I bought this because I was having severe back pain, which was later diagnosed to be the result of a large synovial cyst. This device was unbelievable in terms of pain management. There were literally days that I woke up and could barely walk until I used this device. It made walking possible and reduced my pain from a 9 or 10 down to a 3 or 4. I found that it works best on uncarpeted hard floor.

For twenty minutes after getting home from work I lay on this and it relieves the tension of the day.

If you want to hurt yourself and make your bank pain way worse , go for it and buy it. It made my back pain horrible and I was laying down on couch for 2 weeks

Well, I really liked it when it was working but stopped working after a few months which was about 20 to 30 uses. So I’m pretty disappointed about that.
