Poor fit = intermittent connection
The female BNC end of this adapter is poorly made and does not fit properly into the male end of another BNC connector - not a snug fit and subject to being easily wiggled. Maybe ok for indoors application, but outside no matter how well you secure and protect the connectors any movement could cause a loss of signal. I can attest to that and it took me hours to pinpoint this problem between my radio and antenna.Will never buy these again.
