The product was not sealed and my hair started to get dry after using this shampoo. I am wondering if this is the original product of this brand.

El producto es muy bueno porque lo he usado durante meses, pido shampoo solo porque aún me queda mucho basalmo lo pido en una publicación que dice shampoo y me llegó bálsamo hice el cambio pensando que ha sido un error pero no me acaba de llegar bálsamo otra vez, en definitiva no entiendo. Lo devolveré porque no es lo que necesito.
