These have been perfect during postpartum while breastfeeding for some additional Vitamin D. They're easy to take and don't upset my stomach.

I was low in vitamin d during my pregnancy, as many women are during/after the winter. This one has both d3 and k2 which work together to improve your benefits from calcium, so I’m happy.

This supplement pairs great with the Needed prenatal to get the amount of vitamin D recommended by my provider for breastfeeding. The caps are small and easy to swallow

So far so good! I’ve been taking these as a recommendation from my son’s pediatrician to make sure he gets enough vitamin D while being breastfed. No issues for him or I while taking them!

I’m a currently pregnant but was vitamin D deficient, so I decided to to order these to take along with my prenatal. And it has been amazing thus far. Only given it a 4 star because I haven’t been on it for long.

It’s got what you need and it’s not filled with fake chemical crap. Take care of your body, and if you’re pregnant (and have consulted with a doctor if you desire) this is a great vitamin for third trimester and postpartum vitamin needs.

The media could not be loaded. My pediatrician advised me to take an additional Vitamin D after birth and while breastfeeding my newborn. I stumbled upon these in a quick Amazon search and LOVE THEM! The capsules look ‘clean’, are fresh, and do not have a gross supplements odor. Plus, these truly feel potent. If I miss a day of taking them, I can feel a shift in my mood. Always consult your physician for supplement guidance. For me, these have been an awesome addition to my postpartum care routine.

I bought these supplements as I read that while breastfeeding you should either supplement yourself with extra vitamin D or baby. I chose to supplement myself. These pills are tiny and easy to swallow. They don’t have a smell and no after taste! Will purchase again.
