Relieves pain for up to 3 hours
Using this for about a month now. Learned I had to take with me daily to use. Sometimes able to use a few times a day. Other days maybe only once or now. Prefer this to using Tylenol and other meds. Must take before pain is too severe. Works well for my back pain

This did nothing to ease my sciatic nerve pain. In fact, it did nothing. The seller was great through.

This cleared up my latest sciatic nerve attack in two days. I'm going to switch to the "S" version for ongoing relief (I hope). (UPDATE: The "S" gave me a headache and actually caused my spine to hurt. I'm sticking with this one ("M") for maintenance.)Wish I'd taken a chance on this before this latest acute attack.
