Excellent product!

The media could not be loaded. Hi.. I purchased this product on Jun 1st 2024, Now after 5 month ie November 12 the product stopped working.. only light is working, pump is not working. I used to clean in once in a week, and change filter once in 30 days and I have 5 cats and they only have water from this .Than I contacted directly to Qpets customer team and they reverted immediately and gave option to opt for replacement.There team were so concerned and Empathetic to understand a pet parents concerns in such situation .

The motor runs 24/7 without any issues, and both the motor and the circuit feel high quality and long-lasting. My cats love it, which makes it even better.Maintenance is straightforward:• The filters tend to develop algae after 1–2 months, so it’s important to clean them regularly. Removing and rinsing the filters extends their life and keeps the water safe for your cats.• I recommend replacing the filters every 3–6 months for best results. Compatible replacement filters are easily available on Amazon at a reasonable price.The fountain is easy to disassemble, clean, and reassemble, which is a huge plus. It uses a USB-C connection, so you can plug it into any adapter or USB port, and it doesn’t consume much energy.Overall, it’s a great, reliable product safe for cats, easy to maintain, and excellent value for the quality you get.

It’s the worst product I have ever bought. Stopped working in 2 days. Worst quality ever. Now i cant return it and there is no use to it. 2000 literally waste.

Looks good, easy to install, easy to clean. I'm ordering this for the second time, the motor of the first one lasted about 1.5 years. Decent quality for the price. Capacity could be increased. Variants with 3L to 5L would be useful for households with multiple pets.

Decent product and as described. No noise in the pump. Easy assembly too. Water flow is little weak and power adapter, cleaning brush is missing.

I’m very happy with this Qpets Cat Water Fountain. The ultra-quiet pump is almost silent, and the LED light makes it easy to check the water level. My cat drinks more water now, and it is very durable.

The media could not be loaded. When I first set this fountain up my cat just walked past it and did not touch it for more than a week since he is a rescued cat he's not used to fancy things. So I was sure it was a fail but then we decided to take off the fountain and just let the water flow from the hole and it was not that noisy then. Even then I guess it's a new experience but then one day as I was walking into the room I captured him drinking from it and was so happy. I realized sometimes we need to give our pets the time to get used to a new inclusion. But now I really enjoy watching him drink from his special fountain. I was so sure this was a waste of money but then I'm also glad I did not dismantle the fountain and keep it away! And I'm so glad I got it.
