You want something done right...
Well I've bought two applied it liberally and religiously and I've also seen a dermatologist to confirm. This product simply doesn't work because the only useful ingredient is the retinol. Vitamin A is an anti mutagenesis agent whereas it actually modifies the genetics that cause the k15 overproduction condition. Although remedial the underlying cause is still stored deeper in the basal tissue. Meaning when the altered cells die and are replaced it's likely to return. However a simple concoction of vitamin A palmitate powder and fractional coconut oil as a carrier you can make loads of it at home. Both are readily available on Amazon. Mine after one month are completely gone now no signs of return with minimal effort normal smooth healthy skin awaits you. Be sure and do your research on vitamin A toxicity and ease into the mixture finding a happy medium. And apply only to affected areas. Expect skin to become red peel and itch while reaching threshold process of the sebum cores being expelled. Also light exfoliation of the area and a few days of just moisturizing between treatments. Best wishes

This works
This worked well with just a couple uses. I like that it has a lot of natural ingredients in addition to the required chemicals.

Yeah..no.
The package arrived sealed but the bottles were not. This product was a waste of money. Super sketchy once it arrived.

Seeing an improvement!!!
I love this packaging. The daytime burns a little and the nighttime numbs a lot. I have 18 years of accumulated spots which I have never tried treating with anything. After using this product for 3 weeks, I have noticed a slight improvement with the super tiny spots being hard to see now. The larger spots are less prominent. The jury is still out on how far this therapy will go in shrinking these buggers, but so far the results look promising. The containers are actually quite large but the dispensing mechanism and lockable pump are really a nice touch. With this packaging, the product will last a long time. I haven't had any issue with irritation due to this product, in fact, my lips look moist and soft. I have noticed excess skin sloughing off especially if I rub my lips together after applying the night gel.Overall, I'm super excited to have discovered this product and had the means to test it out. Even if this stuff didn't reduce fordyce spots, I would use it because it's a great lip moisturizer. However, I am pretty sure the spots are getting smaller and/or becoming less visible.

Found products that work!
I tried this stuff for months. No results. My wife sells makeup now and got me to use some of her products (a little expensive but ive only used for 2 weeks and it is completely smooth now!). You can still see where the bumps were but the most progress ive ever had and ive tried different types of treatment for over 10 years now. If you want to try this, email her at [email protected] is NOT to try and help her sell stuff. This is to help you guys get a treatment that works!

Saved an Expensive Trip to the Dermatologist
This product worked. It took about 10 days of consistent day/night application but the spot did smooth out and has now almost disappeared.I'd say this product has a good chance of working - provided your problem is a Fordyce spot. I'd agree with the other review that said some of the negative accounts of this product are probably from the attempt to use this cream for something other its intended use (like an STD symptom.)
