Spacing makes no sense
Perhaps I'm dense, but the spacing for screws on the mounting bar/plate does not properly line up (if you want the screws relatively evenly spaced for optimal support) for 16 OC studs. I drilled an extra hole so the bracket would have the lag screws into the studs evenly spaced.Other than that, this worked and I mounted a 24K BTU Mr. Cool on it.Lastly, I question the 300 lb rated capacity of this (which is what I recall is stated). I gradually began to add my weight to the arms by slowly hanging from them; I'm 220 lbs and it began to bend the upper lip of the wall bracket on one side. My Mr. Cool unit isn't much over 100 lb so it's fine...but FYI.

Too short
This product came with 4 bolts which all 4 were shortVery bad quality plastic washersI ended up buying longer bolts. Also two arms don’t stay level at all.
