Q: I've just bought this and its not clipping any hairs, am i doing anything wrong before i send it back?

I have this, it trims perfectly, but this is not a hair clipper, it’s a delicate trimmer . You have to move the trimmer around d thee we nose and ear .

Q: Do they sell extra cutting heads for this trimmer as i have the same trimmer (under the name fitfort, not paonies) and i need a new cutting head.

Don't think so. There is no money in that. Also, they are so cheap just get a new one.

Q: Only the inside of mine spins is that correct or is the outside metal supposed to spin? I'll answer this question with a video to show this

Mine just turns on inside, it catches hairs and then cuts them. It's designs is so it should not cut you.

Q: Can the trimmer also trim ear hair effectively?

Yes, It works great for small trimmings
