I’ve used this brand for quite a while, and I’m sleeping much better. According to my Apple Watch, I’m also getting much more REM sleep than before I started using it. The pills are a pleasant flavor and dissolve very quickly, which makes them effective much quicker than other brands. The quick-dissolve has another added benefit —there is no need for a drink. They readily dissolve on your tongue, so, should you awaken in the night and need another pill, you needn’t even get out of bed for a drink. Therefore, it’s much easier to get back to sleep. I have been on many prescription sleep aids, and I’ve found that this natural alternative works just as well and is likely much-healthier for me. The effect seems to last about 6-8 hours for me. I would definitely recommend this brand over others I’ve tried and certainly before trying a prescription medication.

I love that they are sugar free, sweetened with Xylitol (keep away from dogs), dissolve totally with or without water or can be swallowed for quick absorption. They take the edge off of the day and help me gently relax to fall into a deep sleep with zero grogginess. They are also great at helping me get back to sleep whenever I have to get up during the night to use the bathroom. All good!

I slept the longest I have in quite some time. Next morning I can not keep my eyes open, they burn also. Not sleepy, burning eyes very bad. I have to keep shaking my head to feel as if I can focus. I am not having issues with focus just feels that way. Every 2 or 3 seconds I have to shake my head to relieve the feeling. Now I am getting a headache from all the head shaking. So I have to see how long this goes on I have been awake 2 hrs.. If this is an all day thing I will not continue to take this even though I slept better than I have in a long time. I can't get much done. Hopefully this is a short term affect. I may try taking a little off and try to get closer to 15mlg. Other than that slept like a baby.

I am a frequent user of melatonin. I usually purchase higher mg gummies and based on the product, I am out like a light throughout the night, sleeping peacefully with no side effects like feeling grogginess. I decided to give these a shot, since I like quick dissolve tablets. Plus the the price and mg were right, and they have positive reviews. I've taken them for about a week now, but I am still undecided about the effectiveness.First, I don't care for the taste. I thought they would be more berry flavored, but the flavored seems more bitter and off putting than I would like. They dissolve okay, but take longer to dissolve than I expected. The size and option to break pills is a plus.These do put me to sleep within 15-20 minutes of taking them; however, I noticed that I don't stay sleep throughout the night. I usually wake up around 4 am. I thought it was because I was only taking 1 pill per the instructions, so I started taking 2, but still not sleeping throughout the night. Maybe my body needs to get use to these, not sure but boy waking up earlier than I want annoying - especially when I am used to sleeping up to 7 hours straight using other products. I don't feel groggy when waking, but I am definitely tired sometimes because my body isn't getting my typical hours of sleep.Hopefully the longer I take these, the better they will work to keep me asleep, but we will see. They are worth a try.
