Needs kicking
The worst desktop I've ever purchased from Amazon. When it performs any type of update and requires restarting, the screen stays dark and it is completely up to you to guess whether the update is completed or not. I am forced to estimate restart period, manually turn off the tower and turn back on. Sometimes this needs to be done once, sometimes twice. The MS Edge program it comes with is constantly intruding in order to make itself the default browser. When I leave the desk for the night, I have to wait to see if the shut down is complete because this computer sometimes stalls in shutting down and stays on all night. Never buying a Dell again.

Defective Computer System
Computer produced Stop code error but would not boot. Tech support refused to help me. Worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. I request a refund !!!
