Our prefab concrete garage was letting in masses of water under the walls round the perimeter. I mean, it literally ran through the garage like a stream. I tried silicon sealant, roof waterproofing acrylic, no good, gallons of water rushing in. I saw this at a great price, and decided to give it a try. I combined it with some plasterer mesh joint tape, as the gap was 2cm wide all around. I painted two coats over the mesh, and it dried rock hard, like plastic. I waited till we had a very heavy downpour, and I'm just shocked. One tiny leak, and that's only as it's coming in at the wall pillar, which I painted next. My garage is bone dry, I'm delighted. I intend to paint the roof next, as there are a few holes. I have no qualms about endorsing this excellent product. Highly recommended! Update: Thought I'd update this as we've had some intense heavy rain recently. Still no leaks whatsoever. I've painted over the aquaseal I used on the outside with masonry paint, and it's holding up so far. I'm pleased I still have lots left, as I'm upgrading my bathroom soon, and have every confidence I have the right product for the wetroom. So happy I found this stuff!

Did my utility room and bathroom floors and walls with this product and tape for edging/joins. Worked really well and can be applied quite thickly. Dried well left overnight and dehumidifier helped. Well worth the money. Used after floorboards in new house replaced due to rotting/leaking bath & washer, wanted to be sure this wouldnt happen again. Managed to get it on skin and in hair but easily removed, no irritation. Washes out of clothing if rinsed immediately. Great stuff.

Easy to apply appears to create a rubber / vinyl barrier, used for a shower before fitting tiles
