If you are sending an item to another country, the least we expect, is that it works when it arrives! Wrong power connector on the machine, I had to purchase a power connector for it. This product was already more pricey than the one my sister brought in Australia, which I didn't know about till afterward. I think you could have provided a power adaptor.

I have problems with my legs and when I use it, they cost my leg cramp from my hip all the way down through my tools and it was so painful and I’ve only used it once so I sent it

Remote didn’t work and there is no way to turn the machine on without it. Returned and no longer in stock to get a replacement, very disappointing

I received my machine yesterday and used the level one movement setting for probably 2 hours! I didn’t try the heat setting as it was a warm night! I’ve had MS for over 30 years, my feet spasm during the night, I struggle to walk up the stairs, often stepping with my stronger leg and then dragging the weaker one up!! After using the machine, I was able to walk up the stairs, slowly, but properly!!! My feet did not spasm during the night!! When I got up during the night, I almost ‘jumped’ out of bed…my body felt ‘normal’!! It only last for a moment, but it gave me new hope!! I have tried many different devices over the years, but I have never had such amazing results and so quickly as with Dr. Ho’s Motioncizer machine!!

I wasn't sure if it was worth the money, but I'm trying to get back to walking a little on my own without a walker all of the time. I have neurological neuropathy in my legs along with restless leg. It feels pleasant and helps get my muscles working again. It's great help while waiting to get treatments with Dr's these days.
