Defected
It’s very disappointing, the microwave is defected, it doesn’t heat. And the only way to return it is if we ship it back ourselves. Very inconvenient

Product useless as timer has a mind of its own. I had thought that Russell Hobbs was a reliable brand. I now know otherwise.

From the moment I set it up, it’s been reliable, quiet, and incredibly easy to use. The controls are simple and intuitive, which makes reheating or cooking quick meals effortless. The 700W power is spot on for everyday use – it heats food evenly and much faster than my old microwave. The interior is spacious enough for plates and bowls of all sizes, and cleaning is a breeze thanks to the smooth finish. I also love the sleek grey design — it looks modern and stylish in my kitchen and fits in perfectly with other appliances. The build quality feels sturdy and premium too. Excellent microwave however the plug was for a UK power socket and I am in Australia.
