Healthy version of Hot Chocolate without sacrificing the taste
First, I am not a huge hot chocolate drinker. But once in a while, I have this urge to have one that I cannot control lol Now I requested this for a couple of reasons. First, of course to satisfy my occasional urge. Second, it says no sugar, which is one of the most important factors for me as I am trying my best to cut down on sugar intake. Then, third and most importantly, it says this contains 3 ingredients that I actually take on a regular basis : White Kidney Bean (from time to time when I eat too much carb), L-Glutathione, and Fiber. So, I mean, why not try this if I could drink hot chocolate while replenishing all these things I would take anyway. Now, it is conveniently packaged for a single cup. At first, I actually thought it was a lot for one cup (as I never actually drank hot chocolate at home before, rather just order at a cafe whenever I really have to have it, so I didn’t know better). So when I drank it for the first time, I actually poured hot water more than recommended as shown in my picture. Haha. I recommend you only pour 4 oz as recommended for a perfect taste lol Oh, and it dissolved quickly with a couple of swirls. If you do that, I think this is quite a decent tasting hot chocolate! I don’t drink chocolate drinks cold, so I won’t be able to comment on that, but for drinking it hot, I would recommend it :) (drinking one right now ~)

A really nice tasting cocoa that’s high in fiber, low in fat, and sweetened with sucralose …
I wasn’t sure I was going to like this Fitne Choco Instant Cocoa Mix with Fiber. Frankly, it sounds about as unappetizing as it can get with white kidney bean extract in the ingredients. It does have a lot going for it, including the fact that it’s low fat, high fiber, and is sweetened by sucralose. There are ten small packets in the package, the perfect setup for the on-the-go person. A packet can be easily put in a purse, backpack, or in a desk drawer. Preparation was simple. I put a packet of the cocoa mix in some hot water and stirred. It dissolved easily with no clumping. I was a bit hesitant to give it a taste test, but when I did, I was quite pleased. It was very, very good with no off taste at all. The only drawback is that a single package is quite expensive at around $10. Other than that, I’d highly recommend this most unusual cocoa.

Tasty Way to Get Fiber
This order of Fitne Choco is a package that contains 10 packets of instant cocoa mix with fiber. Each packet is to be mixed with 120 ml of hot water, which is half a cup. That hasn't been a normal serving size for me since I was out of diapers, so I mix two packets in a cup of hot water instead. The flavor is absolutely delicious, but that means I am paying $10.49 for just five cups of instant cocoa. Since this has the added benefit of 5000 mg of fiber per packet, I am justifying the cost to myself by considering it not just a chocolate drink, but a health supplement. At 120 cal per cup, this is a nice tasty chocolate indulgence for me, and I'm glad I ordered it.

Very pleased!
It tastes good. I wondered since it mentions kidney beans. What I don't like is it's not labelled in English. I cannot read the ingredients!

Might be good for you, if you can drink it.
I'm not really qualified to give an opinion on the health value of this product, but taste wise it just wasn't for me. It's not the worst, but certainly not enjoyable enough for me to keep using it based on that merit alone.

Cocoa With Benefits
These are delicious and healthy (but small) cocoa packets. Yeah, each doesn't provide a mug-full of goodness, but 2 sticks will. They are easy to make and prepare and are a healthier option than the 'Swiss' variety. If you're looking to indulge in cocoa but want a good-for-you alternative to the mainstream offerings, this is it. Made in Thailand ~ Kort

Great-tasting but spendy way to get some fiber in your diet
FITNE Instant Choco Mix With Fiber: $10.49 for a 10 pack at the time of review With winter just around the corner, I’ve been on the lookout for new hot cocoa options. This choco mix from Fitne seemed like an interesting option to me for a couple of different reasons. Take a chocolate mix (that can technically be served hot or cold), sweeten it with Sucralose, then toss some fiber into it. It’s an intriguing combo that actually works out alright. *What I liked*: I chose to prepare this hot (and I don’t think I’ll end up making it cold). The flavor is just like hot cocoa. It’s chocolatey, sweet and rich. The little pouches are easy to take on the go. Each pouch contains about 20% of your recommended daily intake of fiber. If you don’t have an otherwise fibrous diet, they are a tasty way to help. *What I didn't like*: The recommended amount of water for each packet is about ½ a cup. That’s not a lot of drink (see my photos). To get a full (normal sized) mug, you’ll need at least two packets, so that runs the calories up to 120 which is a lot closer to a sugared mug of cocoa. The sweetener being Sucralose is good for people looking to cut sugar out of their diet, but it has been linked to upsetting the bacterial microbiome of the gut. This means if you consume too much of it (from all sources, not just this cocoa), you may have health issues. At $10.49 for a 10-pack these little guys come in at over $1/pouch. If you want a full mug you’re going to use two so it’s $2/mug. It’s hard for me to recommend them when there are other, better alternatives for that price (even sugar free Swiss Miss if you want to stay away from natural sugar). *The Bottom Line:* I really enjoyed the flavor of this choco mix, even though you have to use more to make a full mug. But combine that with the price and a little bit of the shine wears off. Four stars out of five. I wouldn’t order them again though.
