I love the paper in these, its really flat which is very useful with pencil where you don't necessarily want texture, it takes a wash well to. The cover is great, very durable, pretty and it has the elastic just like the expensive ones do. These are my favourite brand now.

Compact , ideal for carrying about and sketching outdoors, lovely quality paper . A definite win win product - love the fact that they can be kept closed and have a built in book marker too.

This is a lovely pale purple colour sketchbook. The size is great and fits easily in your lap for quick sketches. The pages are thick but probably not suitable for really wet paints but I’ve used crayon, pastel, biro, pencil, light watercolour so far. I’ve used alcohol markers and they’re great but they do bleed through so make the next page difficult to use- but if you used it for collages, heavy pastel or acrylic paints I think it would balance the marker bleed through.It’s a sturdy sketchbook and a great price range- it doesn’t intimidate you if you’re the type to worry about spending money on art supplies/stationery and then not using it. You can buy this knowing it’s relatively cheap to replace and they come in a variety of colours and sizes.

As a treat I would always buy moleskin paper. Quite expensive for what they are, but good. While scrolling through different papers I came across this brand which I have never heard of before and thank goodness I did it's an excellent alternative to a moleskine paper and significantly cheaper but still with very high quality I definitely will be using this brand from now on. There are quite a few different sized books in the range available and I have already bought another 4 of different sizes for either pocket, bag or art case I can't recommend these highly enough

Beautiful little sketchbook, pocket sized and easy to take everywhere, for sketching on the road, or if you have any ideas. I can't wait to start using it. I would mainly say paper is great for dry media mainly, pencil, sketching, fine liners, but it can even take a light wash of colour.I will definitely buy more, but first I want to really try it out. First impression is love!

Love this sketchbook; it’s nice and chunky without being too hefty, a good (almost A4) size, pretty curved pages with matching marker ribbon and really smooth, off white paper which is really satisfying to draw or paint on, without too much ink bleed. Will buy again, with so many cover colour choices

Great paper for the money. It will hold some light washes of watercolour but I know that’s not its intended use. But absolutely brilliant for sketching, ink and coloured pens/pencil. I got my first as a gift and had to get another before I run out of room.

High quality paper, with a yellowish cream tint that I love. It’s my favorite sketchbook, I have it in 2 sizes and plan to get more when I finish this one

I am a mixed media artist and like this paper for coming up with ideas with colored pencils, light washes of watercolor and gouache:)

I've used this with gouache and acrylic paint markers so far and it has not buckled or bled through. Cute little book!

This sketchbook itself appears to be great quality from the outside to the inside. Though it’s important for me to mention that the paper is not white, but appears a pale yellow, with rounded corners. Additionally, the pages are thin. This type of sketchbook is only suitable for pencil, graphite, and other dry mediums. I tested its durability by using soft core coloured pencils on it over the same page through an illustration, and it seems to hold up well, but ever so slightly damaged the other side (only light pressure was used for the page), so a protective paper underneath is recommended to prevent damage to the underlying page. Inking pens and ink can be used, but sparingly, otherwise the sketchbook fibres will start disintegrating on the top layer of the page. My one and only complaint is the price for this sketchbook compared to the pages. It is quite pricey for being something that’s pages start to disintegrate at the touch of liquid. The pricing may more likely be directed to the outside of the sketchbook, its hardcover having a faux leather type of texture.In conclusion, this sketchbook is great for dry medium and can handle quite a few drops to the hard ground, and your pages won’t be affected, also thanks to the rounded corners. It’s easy to travel with and the feeling of the paper texture is more smooth. There is not much texture on these pages. Overall, if you’re looking for a sketchbook to literally only “sketch” in, don’t mind yellow toned paper, or rounded corners, then this is the sketchbook for you.

Me encantó la calidad de las hojas, pero son un color beige, me encantaría que fueran blancas. Si usas plumones si traspasa el color, pero lápices de colores y hasta acuarelas se mantienen en la hoja y crean acabados muy bonitos. También me gustó para collage
