This seemed to be the lowest priced option for this service on Amazon so I started here and will probably use them again, assuming I'm not in a hurry. Ships through the notoriously "slow boat" port of Quanzhou. Printed fast, like 3 days then the "carrier" took a solid week to get it from wherever it was printed to its "facility" then another 3 days in the facility. Once it escaped Quanzhou though it was on my porch in 4.That having been said, I am very pleased with the "banner". As I suspected, the negative reviews are on account of suboptimal images. I indulged in the 6x8 foot option and I was a little concerned that Amazon's 10k x 10k resolution 15mb limit might cause a problem - there were obvious jpg artifacts at even 50% zoom but they were smoothed out as you can see. Very small details did also blur very slightly but not in an unpleasant or unusable way - my photo is quite close up, showing only about 1/16th of the banner.The material itself is also quite nice, like a slightly course artificial silk. It's thick - I would wear a jacket made from it and it could probably be used to make all-over-print clothing if that's your thing, although I can't attest to how color-fast it might be in the laundry. I don't notice any smell but my cats are quite interested in it but it didn't snag from them walking around on it for the few minutes I had it spread on the floor inspecting it initially so the weave must be fairly tight.Really just a great product that I can't help but give 5 stars even considering the 13 days it took to get out of China.

Our banner turned out fantastic. I wondered how it would turn out, but it is great. The only reason I didn't post a picture of the product is because it's for an upcoming project that is not released yet. Check other people's pictures though, it's great quality and a great price. It does come from China though, so you will be waiting a while before you get it. Worth the wait though. We got 4x4. Some people complained about it not being centered or whatever, but you set the design yourself. I had no issues.

I will forever purchase my backdrops and banners here..It arrived earlier than expected..The quality is excellent. It's made of a thick fabric, which I love ..It's just perfect..I will send you soooooo many customers..My backdrop is a 8ft tall by 4 ft wide.I sewed pole inserts at the top and bottom, for my backdrop to fit on my stand which is 10×8ft...I wanted my dad's picture to stand up on the 8ft side so I can build a balloon wall around it..They made my creation come to Life ..I love, love, love love it..The picture quality is phenomenal..I will post pictures after my Dad's Surprise birthday party next weekend...I ❤ 😍 my product..Thank you sooooo much..

I just wanted a quick, inexpensive banner to get me through 1 show. This looks like it's going to be very durable. The shocker was how they blew up the logo and kept the edges clean. The logo I sent wasn't super crisp to begin with and was for small printing jobs. They blew it up to the banner size and it looked great especially for the price. I'd buy this again in a heartbeat.

I could not get my uploaded photo positioned so I wrote in the comments to center it as I would think that would be standard practice. Also this is for the front of a table vending and I asked to leave a 6” space from the top of the banner to the logo at the top so I could fold it over the table and tape it and then 30” which is average table height would be hanging down to the floor.Nothing or no effort was done. I asked several times for a replacement and I’d was going to send this one back but they would not. They did later refund my money but I really wanted it done correctly more than my money back. I just ended up ordering a new one elsewhere.But if you can upload your photo perfect and centered it’s not a bad place. If you can’t get your photo uploaded the way you want it I would not recommend ordering here.

I have bought several of these personalized banners. Stitching is perfect, grommets perfect and high quality. Lettering is perfect and highest quality. Banners made and received in a timely manner. Once you buy one banner you will definitely buy more. Enjoy!

The reason for a star instead of none is the fabric is nice and I had to choose at least one but the logo image appears blurred and is off center and the background color it’s showing. It looks white and should be beige.I could even look past the blurred image but no beige in the background like image given and bring off centered I’m not going to use this.Wouldn’t order again. I was going to order logo table covers as well. Glad I didn’t.Really bummed because I was looking forward to this because all the good reviews.I have tried to communicate with them thru Amazon messaging as well as the email address that was in my order and they have ignored me. I under mistakes happen but to ignore a customer is not acceptable. They have responded but not taking responsibility for their errors. It should be colored like other image and this uncool red and uncentered mess is what I got.

Sizing was exactly as said, the customization was perfect- colors matched what it looked like online. I also liked how easy it was to customize online. This is a Halloween banner for this year, but I just know when my family sees this they will love it!
