When I received the item it was in liquid form as it was warm out. I opened immediately to smell and thought it was a little off so I decided to place in the fridge. Used it the other night to make dinner and I believe it is rancid. Sad because this was a little pricey!

I used to have to make my own Shmaltz but I bought this and it’s great! Great flavor, texture is perfect and it is very clean too. I’m buying it again.
