I started taking this product one month ago when my doctor told me that my blood test indicated that I was pre- type 2 diabetes. He wanted to prescribe some drugs but I asked him to give me time to make some changes and make a decision after the next blood draw. I’m happy to say that my results just came in today and I’m back in the normal range. I honestly can’t say it was all Altai Balance, and I have more work to do, but I’ll keep taking it sor a bit longer just in case.Update 4/42/23: just received the results of my latest blood tests and my overall cholesterol level dropped another 25 points. All other numbers also improved significantly and I am solidly in the normal range. When I visit my doctor in April, I’m going to request reducing my statin. I’ve taken this product daily since my first post, also have lost 40 pounds, increased my activity level as well. Overall a happy customer!

First shipment received was great. I really felt this supplement was beneficial so I ordered another bottle which I received about a month ago, just opened yesterday and noticed the capsules are considerably darker in the second bottle, I took one to see how it affected me. I have had diarrhea for 28 hours at this point, and will be getting rid of all capsules in 2nd bottle. Tried to find a way to contact seller and let them know, but have not been able to find contact information.

I have taken this for about 3 weeks. I have noticed some appetite suppression.

maybe if your a type 2 diabetic this might help. but that being said. the chromium in this is to many MG. i am not diabetic but have a blodd sugar around 135 so i tried this to lower mine more. it lowered it to much my blood sugar was to low and made be not want to get up and do anything had no energy. if you study and research about chromium you can clearly see this is way to much in this product. i sometimes wonder if this would hurt you if you take it all the time. so i definitly quit taking only use half the bottle and my blood sugar came up close to normal and i feel a lot better. chromium plus herbs was to much. do the research on chromium for youself you will see how much is safe to take. clearly this product needs to be checked by food and drug administration. it could be a good product with less chromium that is safe.

did not work for me just yet

This is the second bottle I ordered. I liked it. But my second bottle was never received. The empty envelope was in my mailbox without the product.Thanks,Marguerite

So my husband is taking this and it dies not work the way it says. It's been a week now. It does not reset your blood sugar as promised. All's it dies is bring it down a little. I'm disappointed it cost too much for what it does.
