Affordable Option
I purchased your pre-filter about two years ago and it was a perfect fit. At the time you didn't have the HEPA option available. I just replaced both the pre-filter and HEPA with your product. Thank's so much for selling a more affordable option over the original filters. Both filters look very well made and fit perfectly. As for their effectiveness, well I have to trust you.

As Advertised
Product came exactly as advertised and works in my IQ Air unit. I can't speak to as if it filters as well as the OEM brand or not but I don't notice a difference. I'm hopeful that it is just as good because the price sure was better and it seems to be just as good functionality wise also. I would recommend this for anyone looking to save some money on filters.

Hepa filter
Well packaged and seems to work. This supposed to be a hepa filter and really can't tell if it's doing what it's supposed to do.

used laser particulate meter to confirm performance
I previously used the IQAir brand HEPA filter, but wanted to see if a more affordable option could still perform as well. The readings on the initial IQAir HEPA filter (right on the outtake flow) were 0.4 ug/m^3 for both PM(2.5) and PM(10) particle size scales. Using this new PureIllusion HEPA filter, I obtained 0.5 ug/m^3 for PM(2.5) and 0.4 ug/m^3 for PM(10). For context, the ambient room readings were around 3 to 4 ug/m^3, and outside the readings were much higher. In summary, this filter appears to work just as well as the brand name.

This is HEPA only, NOT HyperHEPA filtration
Yes the filter fits, yes it's cheaper than the IQAir brand... BUT keep in mind that the PureIllusion (and other) HEPA filter only filters 0.3micron size particles... Per IQAir, their OEM HyperHEPA filter stops ultrafine particles down to 0.003 microns. That's 100x smaller particles. So while this filter is $100 cheaper, it also converts your $1100 IQAir HealthPro air filter unit to a ~$300 air filter. (see pic for particle size reference).In the end, it's not worth it to save $100 and have a LOT LESS efficient air filter.PureIllusion's other two filters for the HealthPro purifier are worth the savings to me as those are more for smell and larger airborne particles.

Works perfectly.
This item works perfectly. Almost exactly identical to the $200 genuine. Just make sure you line up the foam cut out on the filter to the lip of the air purifier. Not as easy to line up as the genuine, but will still work.

I bought my unit IQ Air unit used and had to replace some filters and found purellusion and I won't look back.I have bought the charcoal unit and the hepa filter and it runs on 6 all day.If you have the IQ unit don't waste your money on anything else
