Pain relief

This worked very well for me. I have all kinds of things wrong with my back, which causes my muscles to tighten. The more they would tighten up, the more my pain level would go up. I rub this cream on the muscle area that is in a "knot" and almost instantly, that area of pain is gone. Having the muscle pain to ease allows the nerves to settle down.

Works for restless legs, foot cramps, sore muscles, even helps with tension headaches and trigger points.

This works for anti-inflammatory

I have tried several different options but this is by far the most effective. It isn't really a 'cooling' feeling, but it just seems to calm the inflammation. I use this on a sore foot that I have had for years. I ordered another jar to make sure I have it when and where I need it. Highly recommend.
