I a absolute love it works perfectly fine I've had no problems with it and I can hear really well. Calls are Chris and clear no static at all. This is a must-have product. My only issue with purchasing a pre-owned headset was that there's a bunch of scratches on a part of the headset and I really feel like they could have replaced it before giving it out again.

I got this for my husband and he loves it. He always gets Parrot products dur to the durability. Hes a truck driver and needs to wear a headset 16 hours a night. The headset goes through a lot during each nights journey. Each headset has always lasted more than a year! Awesome product!

I had a blue parrot for years, worked great!! Unfortunately it was lost. Bought this one to replace old one expecting same quality. Man was I disappointed! At full volume I can barely hear the person I am talking to, it stays charged maybe 1-2 hrs after full charge (hours). I am totally dissatisfied with this product!!

I wish the volume was louder!!! I have everything turned up and I'm still having a hard time hearing!!! I didn't have this problem with my last parrot

Item arrived in an open package. Items such as the instruction manual and one of the ear buds was missing. It took 10 minutes to get it to connect to the phone and once connected you only had a 10 foot range before the call would crack and disconnect from the headset. Blue parrots are known for at least a 50' range. Compared to the same blue parrot headset in the store and the markings on this headset did not look the same. Fake knockoff.

I would have given four stars but it gets a little uncomfortable on my ear after awhile.I would have also rated it better but I think the battery is dying. Stand by time last week was great, this week it had to be plugged in daily. Just what I need is another cord on the dash of my truck.
