Product had an open packet that had 90 pieces in it instead of 100.

This size not available in market
Though costlier but this small size isn't available in local market. Even though I'd say the quality could have been better but then this is a petty item and not to be used for fastening heavy objects in the wall but perfect for light items like wall clock. PS: This will need a finer wall drill bit and not the regular one.
