These make walking so much easier during my long shifts. They are thick, but not too thick that they can’t fit in my regular shoes. I get 100% arch support. I did not have to trim them at all. They fit my regular shoe size fine so I cannot comment on how easy they are to trim. My feet had instant pain, relief, and I have been using the same pair for a few months now, as you can see in my photo, and I still get maximum support and pain relief. I have purchased more than one pair of these inserts for different shoes and will continue to use them in the future

This brand just makes great products. I replace all my insoles for added support and Powerstep is great.

These are the Best inserts for arch support and pronation correction support I have Mueller-Weiss & need the support for my navicular bone. I've tried others, but can find none better than these! They make an incredible difference in my shoes! I don't have much extra money, but I'll save up for these, as they are truly worth it!

I have low arches that have led to over pronation and sore Achillies. These insoles are comfortable and really help to stabilize my heel and give great arch support easing much of my discomfort. I will be ordering more pairs so I can fit them in all my shoes.

Performs as advertised

I’ve been using pinnacle low for 5 years. Time to replace them. First time buying Pulse Performance. These are thicker and have more cushion. Very comfortable. Quality good as usual. I use them all day during office work, house chores, errands and the gym.

Allows more comfortable walks

These are great! They provide the support my ankle needs. I fractured my ankle ten years ago and live to walk 3-5 miles a day. I have a lot of problems with swelling in my ankle and shin splints if I don’t use inserts. The insert solution was recommended by my podiatrist. These have made a tremendous difference!
