Best Arch support
These are my favorite inserts. They are comfortable and do their job giving my arches the support they need. I’m on my feet a lot and these are the best

AMAZING! PAIN RELIEF better then walking company!!
I was honestly not sure what to expect. My expectations were extremely low…. I figured for price I have nothing to lose. Spent $100 on Dansko inserts from walking Co. They arrived flat as a pancake and I have flat feet! I love birkenstocks for arch support but needed sneakers for vacation walking. I last minute ordered these and WOW!!! I wore them the entire weekend with absolutely noooo foot and leg pains! My heels and arch and legs were pain free to my surprise the entire weekend I had absolute 0 pain!!! Something must have changed in my feet because recently I had severe pain on heels of my feet until these now! Before I had arch issues from flat feet but this is a great buy! Its now a staple for my shoes! I cant go without em and the price is beyond worth it!!! I can’t believe how it compares to my other expensive ones! U wont be disappointed!!

Short.
These are a little short. I put them in a size 9 Brooks running shoes and I can feel the edge of the insole under my toes. Not at all a deal breaker as the insole serves it's purpose, just kind of annoying.

Better than Fleet Feet or Good Feet insoles
These are the most comfortable insoles I've owned since getting severe Plantar Fasciitis. I've tried all sorts of OTC insoles, overly priced shoes from Fleet Feet with their overly priced insoles, Night time foot braces. support socks with no help from the pain at all. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them. I still do foot/leg/ankle stretches before bed and still have a little pain but almost nothing compared to what it was. I woke up every morning doing what I call the 'Monkey/Duck walk' and it just got worse the older I got. I pop all over. Now I barely feel any pain. I need a pair of these for every pair of shoes I own.

worked well for a little time
Worked well in the beginning, provided good cushioning but after over a month (so can't return it), the padding has lost its ability to support cushioning. Disappointed.

Best insert for arch support
As I get older, my feet have not been the same. All the new shoes come with memory foam which provides no arch support and cause me to have plantar facisitis. I end up with the worst heel pain. This inserts I went back and forth with as they are quite hard with a hard piece of plastic that provides the arch stabilization. There is a nice soft heel cup. Anyways, after trying many inserts, I’ve decided this is the best I can get and I no longer have heel pain.

great for arthritic support
These are the most comfortable and supportive inserts I've worn. I was constantly taking them out of one pair of shoes and switching them to another. Finally bought a second pair!! I highly recommend these for people who need shock absorption and arch support.

Eh....
These insoles might be good for some people but they made my feet worse. I have plantar fasciitis and after using these insoles a few times, my foot hurt so bad, I thought I had fractured it. And my calf muscle felt like someone was tearing it apart. I was in so much pain. I took the insoles out and put my old ones back in. I ordered a different brand of insoles this time. I have high arches so maybe that's why these didn't work for me. Good luck lol
