I bought this for a project my daughter had and it made her class cry only problem is I wish there was a clean version because of the foul language but it’s a sweet sad movie

Had to watch this film for one of my college courses, and I thoroughly enjoyed it! It's a heartwarming movie with a good ending, but the message it packs is what is most important. The characters experience many trials throughout that will leave you in tears. It demonstrates one perspective of what a Mexican migrant may go through to be reunited with their family. Would definitely recommend this!

Brilliant film with an excellent message.

I was very touched to see how hard it is for people who are in a country that is not their own. The story of this little boy and the longing for her mother was very moving. Very eye opening.

It's such a beautiful movie and well-directed. It's a heart wrenching movie that will make you cry and it has a relatable theme, especially for many minorities and immigrants. The true love between a mom and kid.

My girlfriend recommended I see this film and I was deeply impressed with it as we watched it together. There's a few scenes that really stick with you... the hilarious singing in the diner kitchen, the climax, and even the last shot of the film. Great stuff.
