I bought this for my Turkish Mauser but found it was not the right type but still works and looks nice on the rifle.

The leather is a little dry and seems like it might eventually crack. We'll see. I might try to put a little conditioner on it. The metal hardware seems a little thin but should be fine. It looks pretty good though. You cant really expect much more for the price. Im satisfied but not blown away.

Beautiful sling for my boyfriends mauser. The only problem I found was that the leather was cracked (photo below) when he took it out of the packaging. He liked it so much though & it fit so well he decided to keep it. I would of given 5 stars if the sling was not cracked.Shipping was fast.

I purchased this reproduction sling As a replacement for my original that broke. This sling is of excellent quality, but it is too narrow for an m48 or a k98, which are about a 1/4” wider than this repro. I still plan to keep it, though, for another rifle.
