I don’t usually write reviews. The only reason I am is I saw a bunch of reviews about cheap Chinese junk doesn’t match up to USA half inch diameter which is correct. This is half inch barbed. It’s not to be used for high-pressure water feeding your house. I use these as a drain For metal trays from my chameleon cage. It’s in the category of low pressure sprinkler drip systems perfectly satisfied, great value for the money doesn’t leak. I believe all the bad reviews are from people who didn’t know what they were buying. If they were plumbers they wouldn’t be complaining because they would know exactly what they were buying.

Returned these, they were not 1/2 inch

These valves are tiny. they are 1/2" barbed. But there so small on the ID. they might be good for fish tank maybe. but there is hardly any flow to them at all. So dont be fooled by the price. I will be returning them.

I should have suspected they were China because of price but did not. These are NOT full flow valves,and not useable in most applications

China version of 1/2" is way different than USA. WAIT and see if they leak, as smaller than 1/2" Buy something else!

Stated 1/2 in did not come 1/w in it was more like 3/ 8j I think I returned them
