Buyer Beware, this isn't a powder.
Well, I was a little surprised when I opened the bag. I kept wondering if I read the description wrong, but as I'm writing this and looking at the description - I still see "Strawberry Fruit Powder..." and "COST EFFECTIVE: Shelf-stable with no risk of spoiling by frozen strawberries sorbet. You make different sorbet recipes like sorbet dish, strawberry pie, strawberry desserts, strawberry shortcake, strawberry cheesecake etc"This is not a powder. It's not powdered strawberries as the description says. It's a mixture of freeze dried fruits with, maybe, a strawberry powder dusting? I don't know. It does have dried strawberry pieces in it, along with other fruits like bananas and grapes... wasn't expecting freeze dried fruits, just strawberry powder, but it does taste good and I have been sprinkling them on my oatmeal in the morning so as not to waste the product. If the description was more accurate it might get five stars.

I liked this product a lot; as I make a lot of fruit smoothies.I have not compared the price to the similiar product at Whole Foods
