I liked that is was so simple to put together. There is no bolts, washers or nuts. Both arm chairs slide onto a metal groove and the back also slides into a groove. Just plug in the wires on the back of the chair and its done. so simple. I love it. The massager is so nice.

This wasn't the chair I thought I ordered, but is does have some nice features like cup holders and selectable message settings. The only thing I miss is the lift function like I thought it had. Overall its not a bad chair. I wish advertisers would only put videos on the sale page that are actually a likeness of the item. Unfortunately the video I watched about the chair showed a different chair. It was too bad I didn't read the description closer. If you want a nice recliner this is the one. Maybe my next chair will be the right one, LOL. Becareful not to mention any thing about the item's origination or Amazon will send you a warning message being politically correct.June 17, 2023. I have now had time to really review and rate this chair. As you can see from my comments above that originally I liked it even though it wasn't what I thought I had ordered. Now I am much more critical of what I got. For starters, it is a very uncomfortable chair. I also discovered that one side of the chair is 1 inch higher than the other. I was feeling off balance and I measured the height of the left and right side. The right side as viewed from the front is 21 inch high and 20 inch on the left. My recommendation is don't waste your money on this chair. I regret wasting my money.

Comfortable chair to relax in after a hectic day at work. The chairs massager works magic on my tight muscles. Also, a comfy recliner to curl up with a great book. I love my new recliner!

I bought this chair for my dad as a Christmas gift. My dad is a truck driver and spends a lot of time driving. He gets home tired so I got him this chair as a two-one punch. The chair is well made. It’s definitely comfortable. The recliner part is nice, it reclines pretty far back, reminded me of an inverted table a little bit. So he loved that for his back. However the one thing I’m not liking is the massager. It’s not very strong. My dad is a big guy but weighs within the weight limit. I unplugged and replugged it. Also made sure it was plugged into the wall and it’s just not strong enough. That’s the only reason I gave it three stars.

Its falling apart and im extremely dissatisfied with it breaks easy and all my husband and I do is sit in it

After a 4.5 month delay in receiving another item, I decided to give purchasing furniture site unseen. I read the one product review for this chair, so kept looking. After an extensive search on Amazon, I found myself back at this chair.We set it up rather quickly. It tilts back nicely and is a smooth ride. The vibration has different intensities and locations, as the marketing states.I am a larger woman and fit comfortably in the seat. The material is soft, and does not scratch my skin. It is so comfortable, I fell asleep with our grand-daughter sleeping with me.Now for some of the concerns.The arms are placed inside the base with two metal pieces. These pieces were either manufactured wrong or bent in packing/shipping as the arms do not secure tightly to the base.
