Accepted by IRS
I can vouch that this envelope is accepted by the IRS as I had recently sent a payment to them and was processed.

Shows SSN
Using quickbooks to print the W2 forms on 3 up perforated paper, the windows in these envelopes are off enough to show the empolyee SSN in plain view. 1099-NEC evenlopes work better

Not as advertised
I browsed for W2 envelopes and found these so I ordered them. When we put the W2s in then to mail, the employees' SS number was visible. The description said they were compatible with my software. We were able to refold the W2s so the SS number didn't show, but it was a task that we should not have had to do. The envelope itself was fine except for the size of the windows.

No perfe34ct alignment but close
Attempted to use for 3-up W2 printing from Quickbooks and Drake accounting. Sometimes a struggle to align the addresses without showing the financial data boxes. IT was possible, just took some effort. Overall, a good soltution and much cheaper option that ordering from Intuit/Quickbooks.

Lower window too low.
I used QuickBooks to print my 3-per-page W-2s. The lower window on these envelopes is so low that it cuts in half the name of the recipient and exposes their income in box 16. I had to use a marker on all the envelopes to hide their income before mailing.
