i bought this to wear at night after knuckle joint replacement surgery as i have to wear support while sleeping. It works well the only problem is that the velcro on the top sometimes comes undone which can be annoying. We were able bend the inside bar to the correct shape recommended by the surgeon which was a bit plus

Hoping it will work & stop my trigger fingers pain, Dr said use for 6 weeks.
Uncomfortable but hopefully affective in long run.
