I love these environmentally safe straws.

I've been searching for a straw that won't negatively impact the planet (or the Sea Turtles) that I didn't have to bother cleaning. Phade Eco-Friendly is just what I was searching for! At just over 10 inches, these are long enough to fit a big Yeti or Stanley mug and have not get lost once I put the lid on.There is no taste, no weird texture, and the color is a pretty aqua blue.Highly recommend.

These straws are great. I use them mostly at home and they’re strong enough to be washed and reused to reduce waste. I use it for at least a full day or two before I get rid of it, ofc, o wash it every time. In other words, they’re durable. If for a business or an event at home, they’re not like those detestable paper straws! Buy them!

tl;dr: They're great. They feel and bend like "normal" plastic straws and don't go all soggy like paper straws. If you miss plastic straws but don't want to contribute to plastic waste, go with these.I love nature, and I love the ocean. Because of that, I try to be mindful of what I buy and use, and try to stick to sustainable products. There are plenty of options out there, but let's be real: Nobody's gonna carry metal or bamboo straws around in their pockets to save the environment - they're gonna use whatever's cheapest and in easy reach. So we end up with paper straws everywhere in public and I gotta be honest, they absolutely suck. That, and I hear the chemicals they use to make them leech into your drinks, but I'm not posing as an Internet scientist so dont' take my word for it. But these straws look and feel and can be used just like the "real thing," so I really hope they become the "next thing," and that I'll start seeing these at drive-throughs and such. 5/5

I often forget to grab a large Starbucks straw. This is the right size to have on hand for those times. And to bring on vacation for any places thay may use paper straws. I did keep it in salt water with salinity of the ocean, for two months, nothing happened. (They say it degrades in the ocean in 2 months) but they work for my use and they might degrade faster than typical plastic but I have no way to test that.Edit: this is my 2nd box ( 2 sizes) of phade and this box says industrial compostable (and nothing about home, which my first box did) so I can't comment on that but overall I like having straws at home & this at leaves the chance that maybe it won't be around forever.

There! I said it! I love straws in my drinks … and those paper straws are an absolute waste of valuable paper IMO. Enter these straws with their sassy turquoise blue color. I keep a few of these in the glove box when I need a straw on the go without having to have straw-guilt and -shame since these are marine biodegradable. I’m happy as a clam!

Paper straws flatten easily, just like they always used to do; a real pain. This purchase is definitely a splurge, but you get a lot and it's great to have eco-friendly alternatives other than paper and to even have them be this pretty. They work and it's a relief to switch out paper ones from restaurant take-out for one of these.

I wish these were available at businesses everywhere..Companies like Booster Juice have been using this kind of biodegradable straw sincebuying thse long before plastic straws were outlawed..I keep these in a bag in my car and take a few in my jacket pocket to the movies cause I like to sipmy drink through the whole movie.. paper straws last 10-20 minutes tops..Highly recommend buying these.. I bought the 3 pack after trying the single box..

Love that these are good in hot and cold drinks and that they are fully composable and will breakdown if they reach a water source. Good quality no weird taste like paper straws!! Winner!
