I recently purchased the Velcro Mounting Tape, and it has completely transformed the organization of my workspace. Tired of the clutter caused by wires tangling under my desk, I decided to give this product a try, and I'm absolutely thrilled with the results. I gave this five stars even though it's not anywhere close to receiving five stars. I want people to see my review and the only way to do that on Amazon, Is it give it five stars so it shows in the first set of reviews. I can tell you that this adhesive is not extreme outdoor and does not stick well to fabric. I have a nylon sunshade, and I attempted to put Velcro on it in order to build a sidewall to protect us from the wind and rain. However, a in a matter of 20 minutes, the Velcro that I first initially put on was falling off. When it got cold yesterday evening and last night, I came home today from work to find the entire strip that I had connected to the nylon fabric had completely fallen off and was laying on my balcony. I want you to know that this is not meant for outdoor you like it states it does in their description. I could see this holding 15 pounds if it was indoors and stuck to a wall or wood. However, again, this will not work for fabric, like stated in the description . If you were planning on trying to do the same thing as what I did and attached this Velcro with an extreme adhesive for outdoor use. . If you were planning on trying to do the same thing as what I did and attached this Velcro with a supposed extreme adhesive for outdoor use, I would definitely try to find a different product to use because I legitimately wasted about $20 on this product.

The Velcro material is strong enough. The backing can be an issue with certain materials.

It stuck well to a smooth, painted metal surface as I would expect, but not so well to the pretty smooth rubber backing of a rug. I expected better based on the description.

Had a tonneau cover that the velcro became weak and would flap around steady on the highway. I noticed other trucks with the same problem and their tonneau covers started to rip and get damaged. Bought this hoping it would help and it worked perfectly. Easy to install and the cover now is held secure.

La calidad es muy buena. Lo despegué para moverlo de lugar en la pared y volvió a pegar de forma adecuada a la pared. La coloqué en esterior y funcionó muy bien. Todos los días pego y despego las dos partes de la cinta y siguen conservando su adherencia.

Yo reenplaze la cinta velcro en todo mi ropa protectora de moto. (Solo tuvo que cambiar la cinta lado peludo, no de gancho). Despues de quitar las piezas gastados peludos, se pego la nuevas con su fuerte adhesivo en la tela. Despues lo lleve a un talabarteria para coserla. Si pasa la aguja de maquina de coser normal, la cinta es algo suave, decir que se puede coser en su casa. Pero prefiero coserla con maquina industrial por fuerza/grosor del hilo. La caja contiene 2 rollos de 10 ft(pie). Cada rollo tiene los dos lados plegados (lado gancho al lado peludo). Decir que si viene 20 pie en total de los dos lados plegados.

I don't know if different Velcro grades have different strengths, but for sure this was strong. However, what really is impressive is the adhesive backing. If it just touches something it grabs on, sticking so hard it takes considerable effort to pull off. I'd call it a nuisance for installing but that I was hoping for a super strong adhesive backing which, unquestionably, I got.
