Ok if you like book about world war 2. Well explained, enough for a 12 yers old boy. He didn’t like the chapters of Max.

It’s a good read; informative and enlightening; good for adults and young adults alike. I highly recommend.

I really enjoyed reading this book. I couldn't put it down.The 3 children were likeable and believable characters. Although sometimes predictable it was a story that gripped me.I expect that it was written for children to understand the outbreak of war in Austria and how young people lived through that time. It would be excellent as a class read for school year 5 or 6.Any parent can read this and discuss it with their children, all parents should read it. The conflict of WWII is not so different to the conflicts around the world today. The story will help children to understand how one day you can be friends but when you begin to notice the differences between your friends, then events can spiral out of control.I recommend this book for all children over 10 years old and all parents.

This is a phenomenal book that I would highly recommend. I am disgusted with the vendor, however, who thinks it's acceptable to send books covered in grime, badly marked and bashing about unsecured or protected within an oversized postal bag. I won't be buying from them again.

The book came exactly as pictured. Beautiful quality paper and an extra plus was that it came early! Perfect for staying occupied during covid lockdown
