We ordered 3+1+1 sofa set from Adorn India. Packaging was excellent. It took ages to remove the packaging since it was very well covered. Looked like machine finish. I was well informed about the shipping status from the beginning. It was supposed to get delivered in about 7 days but i got it in 3 days itself which was amazing.Quality of sofa is really good. It has a very good under thigh support as well which helps in more comfortable sitting. Assembly was easy since only the legs were supposed to be fitted that too was easy to assemble. Sofa looks premium. Even the bottom part of sofa had a proper matching stitching which was neatly done. Not all furniture stores provide such attention to details.Overall a very good sofa from Adorn.

I am using this for 6 months now, I bought it after a lot of search. It was the cheapest sofa set available online. The product looks beautiful and I have faced no problem till now. There is a wooden frame inside. Only time will say how it performs in the future. A sofa set is usually a lifetime purchase, so 6 months is quite early to write a review. Delivery took quite a long time but that was clearly indicated and it was picked up from Maharashtra where I am based in the far North East of India. The company has also contacted me by phone equiring if everything is fine.

The sofa itself is pretty decent. one thing to note is that it's very lightweight so it moves when someone sits, gets up, or readjusts their posture, and the fact that my home has a granite floor doesn't help it at all.The packing was decent, fitting was as easy as it gets, thanks to the aforementioned fact that it is lightweight. I was able to fit the sofa with just the help of my cousin.The seller and the courier partner doesn't communicate thoroughly, because even after the package reached me, the status was something along the lines of 'processing', even a month after getting delivered, it was still the same.

I must say team of adorn india is really good. Packing is absolutely good. Sofa is same as shown in the image. Once I received the sofa adorn india team member contacted us to know about the product or our queries. Whether we are satisfied with the product... I must say this sofa is best in terms of quality and value for money.
