I purchased this case out of sheer desperation. My young teen son is at that stage where he is totally clueless about his own strength- I call it the big puppy stage. As a result, he's irreparably cracked his iPhone 6 screen-complete with tempered glass protectors-three times in the past nine months, simply by pressing on the corners of the phone to make sure it didn't pop out of it's last protective case.My son has to have a phone for a myriad of reasons, one being life-threatening food allergies. Phone *screen* replacement is infinitely more affordably than *phone* replacement, especially given this is essentially a free phone being my hand-me-down. Therefore, we've had the screen replaced repeatedly to the point it was getting ridiculous.This case arrived today and I was pleasantly surprised by how similar it seems to the far more expensive Otterbox 'Defender' case we have for an iPad, especially give the extremely low price!This case is a full-body case, meaning it has an internal hard case that covers the screen with a clear face plate protector that clips onto the solid color rear protector. This hard case then fits inside a heavy-duty rubber outer rear shell with raised bumper framing the face of the phone which a) hold the edges of the hard case firmly in place b) create a raised surface so if the phone is dropped face down or on a corner the screen is shielded from impact and c) keep the phone charging and headphone jacks protected from dust, debris and liquids with moveable rubber flaps.Additionally, this case comes with a thin screen protector (the plastic version of a tempered glass screen overlay) which is applied directly to the actual face of the phone screen. Despite the double layer of materials for screen protection, the touchscreen/home button are still responsive.Installation was extremely simple, although it did require more finessing and coaxing in to ensure everything fit properly than that the Defender case. It seems extremely sturdy and I am hoping that translates into no more demolished screens for my gentle giant of a man-child.***I will update this review if the case fails to protect the phone or breaks in an unreasonably short period of time.***

I ordered a gray and orange case. Received a blue and orange case. I am keeping the blue/orange case, but I would have preferred the gray/orange. The case is very nice and fits well

The quality is great. It fits my phone perfectly and keeps it well protected and it costs a fraction of the cost of the big name brand.

I got this case to replace my Mblai case which finally wore out after 2 years. I got this particular one because of good reviews and I didn’t really want another belt clip. My old belt clip will work with this case. It is exactly the same design as the otterbox defender. The rubber material is thick and more firm(not sticky)as is the defender or mblai, but doesn’t seem to be rubber. It feels different and smells similar to the the material used for swimming floats or mattresses like you get from department stores. I’m happy that it is the firmer material, but not sure of the durability of it. It came with a built in screen protector as described, but I removed it in favor of my tempered glass protector already on my phone. I carry my phone in very dusty environment and I have experienced how the plastic built in protectors let the dust get underneath and cause terrible viewing of my screen image. The buttons work with it, but the on/off button is a bit stiff. It may loosen with use. Looks pretty good so far. I will update later.

I was in able to find this item in any store. Found one on Amazon that fit my phone perfectly and it was easy to install. I would purchase this item again if I were to need one.

Pros: The case protection seems to be strong enough with a silicon layer wrapped around a plastic clamshell. There are film covers for protecting your screen. There is a flap covering the power port to keep lint out.Cons: The assembly is not intuitive - definitely read the directions - there are three pieces, not one or two. The film that protects the screen is hit or miss with working, especially at the edges. The "swipe up" feature to access the utilities (light, volume, brightness, etc) was tough to make happen. The flap guard that protects the power is extremely rugged and consequently pushes against the power plug. My iPhone 6s is vintage at this point and the battery is finicky about charging, so when you add in a rubberized pressure point, it would sometimes knock the contacts away from each other and not charge the phone. It additionally only allows for power cables with the straight end -- right angle plugs will not work.Overall I think this design is built for those susceptible to dropping on the regular. I just wanted one that would keep the lint out of the power plug area and replace the slippery texture of the iPhone with something you can grab onto. This is a little overkill for me, so I'm returning it, but if I had to keep it, I would probably remove the screen film and use one that adheres to the phone itself.

I bought this case for my IPhone 6S and it fit like a glove. If you follow the enclosed directions it disassembled and reassembled very easily. The plastic shell snaps on firmly and keeps the phone in place. The outer rubber shell fits snugly. The only issue I had was with the fingerprint cover. I had an issue with it intermittently not working. There was an easy fix. The fingerprint cover is easily removed from the inside of the case. It is a separate plastic piece that is stuck on to the underside of the front cover. I was able to just peel it off and now it works perfectly. I had to do the same thing with my otter box case as it got older. I think this case is great for the money. Same quality as my otter box but at half the price.
