March 16, 2015 I bought this item and I weighed 396 pounds. May 29, 2015 I weighed 352 pounds. I do not claim that this sauna suit is the magic bullet but I will say it is a definite aid and helper to my weight loss journey. I bought the 6X size and I will admit that it was small when I bought it but now it is much more baggy. The top fit the first day I bought it but the bottom was too small in the crotch area but not in the leg area. Possibly because I am tall and my inseam is usually comfortable at 32. The middle of the crotch ripped in a small hole. I DO NOT BLAME THE SUIT. This suit is very durable. I wore it at 6'1 396 pounds and I think it held up under the pressure, stress and strain I put the suit under. I sewed up the middle and tried it again when I lost more weight. I think the limit to the pants, for me or a person my size is about 370 lbs. I've been using the full suit now with no rips. The top is top notch. It does not rip. It takes a beating and can withstand almost any workout. I wouldn't try planks in it as it makes you sweat profusely and you may injure yourself slipping inside the rubber. I would recommend this product. If you never used a suit like this before, take your time in the beginning. Take it slow and monitor your breathing and water levels. This really helps. I intend on getting another suit because this one needs to be washed often.

This works great and the reviews are correct it is cut a bit small. The top is fine but the bottoms should be slightly bigger. My suggestion is if you are at the limit of your size, such as a med almost a large, I would recommend getting the next size up. Otherwise this is very comfortable and really helps me work up a sweat.

Ok so I’ve tried it for a whole week and I think I have enough to write a review. Pros:Very well made; adjustable wrist and ankle cuffs(I tighten mine so the sweat doesn’t drip out); very fashionista lol; does it’s job(I literally have to take it off in my bathtub because the sweat just splashes down; comfortable; pockets for my phone and keys; over all a good price for a well made suit. Cons: I wish we could order the sweats and top different sizes as I was looking for a stylish sauna suit that I could wear to the park and while the pants fit me ok the sweater is huge! I wear size S in tops and M in bottoms.I had to get an L because I read the pants didn’t stretch and now I have to tuck in the top into my pants because otherwise the breeze is coming in and I do not sweat as much,I think these are men’s size?; also the neck part starts getting so tight and up in my neck causing me a gag reflex lol.I literally will be running with my hand holding that part away from my neck.This usually happens after I’ve ran more than about 40 minutes; It gets kind of difficult to take off depending how much you sweat(that’s not a problem) but while I was struggling to take it off it slightly tore on the jogger’s cuff.I don’t think it’ll be much of a problem in the future but still, it was only the second time I used it. Overall very happy with the purchase,I recommended it to 2 friends already.I lost 2 pounds in 5 days by just jogging an hour a day in the suit.For the ladies,Huda Beauty wore this suit on her personal Instagram:) that’s how I decided on it lol.

July 16, 2016 I used my 4Fit Heavy Duty Sweat Suit Sauna Exercise Gym Suit Fitness Weight Loss Anti-Rip (size 5XL) I am a 3XL so I order it bigger based on previous reviews and it’s a good thing I did, because the pants fit tight which means the the top was well extra big. I didn’t split my pants like some but they were tight! I did a lot of sweating without using any sweat product. My clothes were soaking wet and sweat was dripping from the suit as I was taking it off. This suit did what it said! Will try to give an update as to weight loss with use of this suit. *remember that the pants go small so keep that in mind when selecting a size.

I received my Exercise Sauna Suit yesterday. VERY FAST Shipping!!! Great color, fits perfectly, and works like a charm. Please note: As other reviews have stated, it is not true to size. I had to order 2 sizes larger than my regular size. I got the 5X. The top fits well, with some room, but the pants are fairly small. Excellent work out tool, it pulled a lot of water from my body.

THIS ITEM WAS A WASTE OF MONEY! Not only IS THE SIZE CHART NOT TRUE TO SIZE, THE MATERIAL IS SO HORRIBLE. I put it on TWICE AND THE PANTS RIPPED ON ME. My wife put on the sweat top because it fit her better than me and she was pulling weights and the SLEEVES RIPPED OFF! In the gym in front of everyone! Now amazon wants me to go through a WHOLE PROCESS TO RETURN THE ITEM INSTEAD OF REFUNDING ME MY MONEY FOR SUCH A HORRIBLE PRODUCT! I’m extremely livid.

Let me say this, I do like this sweat suit and it is indeed heavy duty but there is one thing I wish they would change. The bottoms around the waist and butt area are so small that it is inevitable that you will tear or split the pants in the center. The top fits perfect and boy does it work too. The bottoms would be equally as good if it weren't for the small and tight area around your butt and waist. For someone who is looking to lose weight please be warned that if you are doing any other type of workout where you bend a lot then more than likely the pants will tear. Perfect for running and jumping rope but not much else.

This suit is amazing. Great material, it does not feel or rip like the cheap material. It will definitely have you sweating your butt off. It's very worth the money spent. Only thing is you need to get a size two or three bigger then your normal size. I am a xl and I got 3xl fits perfectly. The run very small. Other then that totally awesome.
