This is a replacement for ortho gel that I had purchased for other purposes that didn't work out but now I use it as a knee pad for my yoga classes. I made a washable and removable cover for it since it is not washable! My first one lasted for a couple of years before I noted some compression. Not the typical use of this product but sure works.

Very delicate. Not very durable. Very soft and gummy. Not very good for use in shoes.

Great gel padding for use in figure skating (and probably hockey) for padding to relieve pressure from skate. Used this product at 2014 Winter Olympic Games!

Great product. Worth the money.
