Spannende Erzählung mit einigen Längen. Auflösung des Plots etwas überraschend, aber nicht ganz logisch.Aber wer möchte schon immer Logik im Krimi?

A griping page turner of a book!
A second book in the Jonah Shields trilogy. As with She Lies in Wait this is a great crime book, interweaving the crime-in this case, a murder potentially witnessed by the victims boyfriend over Skype-with the stories of the police involved in solving it. A griping read that had me changing my mind as to who the killer was almost every chapter! And I still didn't get it right! Works as a stand alone book but utterly worth reading the first and the third when it comes out.

A hugely compelling read with twists aplenty
‘Watching from the Dark’ is every bit as compelling, intricately woven and meticulous as you’d expect from Gytha Lodge – another gripping police procedural to follow ‘She Lies in Wait’. The opening scene (in which Aidan Poole logs on to Skype to witness an intruder in his girlfriend’s apartment) grabs you by the lapels and doesn’t let go. Sheens and his team are beautifully developed in this second book of the series, and we’re in expert hands with a well-drawn cast of characters and twists aplenty. More, please! With thanks to Penguin UK for the ARC.

Brilliant
A great read. I enjoyed the previous book "She lies in wait" and decided to read this one and was really glad I did. Lots of twists and turns and very hard to put down.
