I received my item the very next day free shipping without Amazon prime. Items seems to be a good product. When I opened my product everything was there except rubber gormets to hold the needle in place. So I’ll be contacting the seller for the rubber gormets . If not I’ll happily send it back for another without the items in the picture and description. 8/10

I purchased this item on Aug.23,2023 for my daughter’s birthday, unfortunately after 1 or 2 times using it , it doesn’t work anymore. I emailed back in September and never got a response. I’m hoping that this can be resolved quickly. I know it is January now but as you know the holidays are busy and I had emailed about the problem earlier. Thank you for your time!

this is fine wish there had been more instruction on how far to set needles

Actually I can honestly say I didn't dislike anything I was very satisfied with the products I had received for the value and the price of the package and the shipping was so quick I began doing tattoos a minute I got it

There was supposed to be 8 different colors and I didn’t get all 8. Also I thought there was supposed to be gloves cause it shows it in the picture. There were supposed to be 10 needles and I only ended up with 5.

Just as advertised. Comes with everything and a book to show how to use it if you need it. I love it!
